Your admin log records every flag raised and lowered on a flag pole, on PC and console. Law's KillFeed turns that into a territory game: each faction takes one of DayZ's in-game flags as its own, and a territory belongs to the faction whose flag is on its tower.
How conquest plays
- Captured: a faction raises its flag on a tower. The territory is theirs and the post names who they took it from.
- Contested: the holder's flag comes down. The bot pings that faction's role: someone is on their ground.
- Defended: the holder raises its flag again.
- The conquest map shows every territory in its holder's colour with their flag on the tower, and the standings: who holds how many. It is redrawn when a territory changes hands.
Posts name factions and flags, never players. A flag that no faction claimed still holds a territory, under its own name, such as "White flag".
Set it up
- Switch Factions on in the Features card of your server settings on the dashboard.
- Let factions pick their flag when they create the faction with
/faction, or later in Officer Tools. One faction per flag. - Add territories on the dashboard's Conquest page (pick the tower on the map) or with
/conquest add, typing the spot or standing at the pole in game. A zone of the server can be the territory's land on the map. - Pick the channels for the alerts and the conquest map on the Conquest page or with
/conquest setup.
The free plan counts 3 territories per server; the paid plan up to 25.
The flag map
/base map shows every flag up on the server on a map, numbered, with its in-game picture. /base flagboard keeps one in a channel and redraws it when flags change. You choose who sees which flags: only their own team's, every faction's, or all of them.
