What Law's KillFeed is

Law's KillFeed is a Discord bot for DayZ server owners. It has been running for over six years and now powers 500+ servers on PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

It reads your server through your Nitrado account and turns what happens in game into live Discord feeds: kills, PvE deaths, connections, building and more. On top of that it adds the tools communities ask for, from an economy and bounties to factions, a trader shop, custom zones and full server control.

The bot is built and run by Law, with ideas and feedback from server owners in our support Discord.

How it works

DayZ servers on Xbox and PlayStation can't run mods, so the bot never touches the game itself. You connect your Nitrado account once, and every two minutes the bot downloads the newest admin log your server already writes. Each kill, death, join and build in that log becomes a Discord post in the channel you picked.

The same Nitrado connection lets the bot restart your server on a schedule, change server settings and work with your server files, so most of the day-to-day running of a DayZ community can happen from Discord or the web dashboard. Free plan, guides and tools

The kill feed and every other feed are free. The paid plan adds more customisation and extra tools on top, and it is what keeps the bot running.

Running a DayZ server means editing XML and JSON files that are easy to break, so the site also has server guides for Xbox, PlayStation and PC and free browser tools such as a types.xml editor and a file validator. They work without the bot and nothing you load into them is uploaded.

Server currency, wages, bounties, gambling, factions and an in-game trader, all run from Discord.
