Every server has rules: no spawn killing, no KOS outside PvP hours, no killing at the trader, no raiding on weekdays. Server Rules lets the bot check them for you. Each time it reads your admin log, every rule is checked, and a player who breaks one gets what you picked: an alert for staff, a warning, a kick or a ban.
A rule can count anywhere, or only inside or outside your safe zones and PvP zones. It can also follow event windows: weekly times such as PvP hours or a raid weekend, which staff can open and close by hand too.
Not sure where to start? Quick setup has 14 ready-made rules to look over and save.

What you get
Kill rules
Any player kill, kills in a zone or in every safe zone, fresh spawns killed (within 5 minutes by default), long-range kills (from 800 m by default) and kills by players who haven't linked their gamertag.
Player rules
Combat logging within a set time of a hit (60 s by default), and players inside a zone.
Base and raid rules
Flags lowered, bases attacked, walls breached, building at an enemy base, explosives placed, and a base raided again too soon (within 24 h by default).
Alert, warn, kick or ban
Every rule posts an alert. It can also add a warning, kick the player, or ban them for hours, days, weeks or for good, and take them off the whitelist. Players who are already banned keep their ban as it is.
Where it counts
Anywhere, or inside or outside every safe zone, every PvP zone or one zone you pick. Players on a zone's ignore list are left out.
Event windows
Weekly times in your Discord's time zone, such as PvP hours or a raid weekend, that rules can follow. Open or close one by hand for up to 14 days, announce it in a channel with a ping, or let raid windows follow your Raid ON / OFF tasks.
Quick setup
14 templates: ban on kill in a safe zone, only killing in PvP zones, no camping, no spawn killing, no KOS outside PvP hours, link before you kill, no combat logging, no raiding outside raid time, gates only, one raid per base per 24 h and more.
Alerts where you want them
Each rule posts to its own channel or your Admin Channel, with an optional ping role and a cooldown per player. The dashboard lists every rule's recent hits.
Set it up
- Add the bot to your Discord server.
- Log in to the dashboard with Discord and connect your Nitrado account.
- Pick your DayZ server and the channels to post in. The bot creates the channels for you.
- In the dashboard, open your server and pick Server Rules. Rules count for every server on the Discord, or for one server you pick.
- Start from Quick setup or add a rule: what to look for, where and when it counts, and what happens. For zone rules, tick your zones as Safe zone or PvP zone on the Zones page first.
Questions
How does the bot kick a player?
Nitrado has no kick button, so a kick is a 5-minute ban the bot lifts again by itself. The player gets a warning and can come back once it ends.
How fast does a rule catch someone?
Within a few minutes. Rules are checked each time the bot reads your admin log, every couple of minutes.
Do I need Raid Events for the raid rules?
No. Server Rules are always on, on every plan. Raid Events add flag captures, claims and raid tokens on top.
Where did the "ban on kill" switch of my zones go?
It moved here. Zones that banned or unwhitelisted killers were turned into Server Rules with the same settings.
Works well with
Zones
Safe zones, PvP zones and alert zones on the map; kills inside can be warned, kicked, banned or put a bounty on.
Raid Events
Flags lowered at other teams' bases become captures; members claim them for raid tokens and spend them in a token shop.
Whitelist & Bans
Whitelist, ban list and priority queue from Discord, with warnings and staff permissions.
Behaviour Alerts
Alerts for teleporting, boosting, rapid fire, impossible shots and ban evasion, with ban, watch and path buttons.
