The live map puts your server on Chernarus, Livonia or Sakhal in the browser: where players are, where they died, where fights happened and what got built. The bot adds what it reads from each admin log, about every two minutes, and the page refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
You choose who sees it: only staff, members of your Discord (with a role if you like), or anyone with the link. You also choose what they see and how far behind it runs, from live to two hours. Open maps are listed on dayzbot.com/live-maps, and players get the link with /livemap.
Staff always get the full view with no delay, and a player tracker that replays one player's last 24 hours step by step.
PaidPaid plan
The live map with every setting, the player tracker and /livemap. Free servers still get location lists, map images and heatmaps in Discord.
What you get
What the map shows
Player positions and names, movement trails for the last 30 minutes, PvP kills, other deaths, fights, building and placing, logins and logouts, and your zones. Look back 15 minutes, an hour or 3 hours.
Who can open it
Staff only, members of your Discord (with an optional role), or anyone with the link, no login needed.
What players see
A switch per layer. By default players see kills and deaths with names, but not where everyone is right now.
Delay
Show players the map live, or 5 minutes to 2 hours behind, so nobody can use it to hunt. Staff always see it live.
Kill and death spots
Mark only where the victim died, also where the killer stood, or keep kills off the map and in the activity list only.
Players see themselves
Players who linked their in-game name see their own position, trail and fights live, with a Find me button, whatever the delay. The other side of their fights stays hidden.
Hidden names
Turn names off and players show as an alias that changes every day. Hidden layers are removed on our side, not just in the browser.
King of the Hill
Your zones on the map, with the faction holding each King of the Hill zone on the live view.
Live maps list
Open maps of listed servers show on dayzbot.com/live-maps, and the server's page on the server list gets a Live map button.
Player tracker
For staff: pick a player and replay their last 3 to 24 hours step by step, at up to 300× speed: logins, kills, hits with damage and health left, knockouts, deaths, building and every move. Jumps of over 1 km are marked as teleports.

Questions
Is the live map free?
No, it is part of the paid plan. Free servers still get location lists, map images and heatmaps in Discord.
Can players use it to hunt each other?
Only if you let them. By default players don't see where others are right now, only kills and deaths. You can add a delay of up to 2 hours, hide names, or keep the map to staff.
How up to date is it?
The bot adds each admin log as it reads it, about every two minutes, and the page refreshes every 30 seconds. Player positions need Player List Logging turned on in your Nitrado server settings.
How far back does the player tracker go?
24 hours. The bot keeps a day of events for every paid server.
