Players claim their base with /base claim: a flag they or their faction raised, or the spot where they stand in game. From then on the bot watches the area around it in your admin log.

When someone outside the team lowers the flag, dismantles something or places a charge or a mine near it, the bot posts a raid alert and pings the owner and their faction. The alert is updated as the raid goes on and closes after 30 quiet minutes.

Flags in DayZ run out. The bot reminds the owner 72 hours before and again when it has run out, so bases don't decay by accident.

PaidPaid plan

Base claims, raid alerts and flag reminders, with up to 10 bases per player per server.

What you get

Claim by flag or position

A flag raised in the last 45 days by the player or their faction, or where they stand now. A linked gamertag is needed.

Raid alerts

Flags lowered, dismantling, and charges or mines placed inside the base radius by anyone outside the owner's team, faction and allies.

Pings in a channel

Alerts go to your base alerts channel, or the Admin Channel, and ping the owner and their faction (up to 10 people).

Flag reminders

72 hours before the flag runs out and again when it has, using your server's flag lifetime from globals.xml (40 days by default).

Admin approval

Optional: claims wait for an admin to approve them in the requests channel, with /base requests or in the DayZ Hub.

Radius and limits

A radius of 20 to 150 m (60 m by default) and 1 to 10 bases per player per server.

Questions

Does the bot see walls being blown up?

No. DayZ doesn't write explosions on walls to the admin log. The bot sees flags, dismantling, and charges and mines being placed.

Why did I get a ping instead of a DM?

The bot sends no DMs. Raid alerts and flag reminders go to a channel and ping the owner and their faction there.

Is it on the free plan?

No, Bases is part of the paid plan. Raid Events and Server Rules work on the free plan.

// More intel

Works well with

Raid Events

Flags lowered at other teams' bases become captures; members claim them for raid tokens and spend them in a token shop.

Factions

Factions with ranks, a shared bank, alliances and their tag on the kill feed.

Server Rules

Rules the bot checks on every log: spawn kills, KOS outside PvP hours, safe zones, combat logging and raids, with an alert, a warning, a kick or a ban.

Zones

Safe zones, PvP zones and alert zones on the map; kills inside can be warned, kicked, banned or put a bounty on.
